Overnight Security Officer

• Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets by enforcing security and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the hotel, identifying and addressing safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations, alarms, incidents, and guest concerns.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, key control systems, and access control processes.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and assist with investigations as required.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, including participation in fire safety programs and emergency response procedures.
• Provide assistance with guestroom lockouts, safe malfunctions, and other security-related requests.
• Promote safety awareness throughout the property through training, communication, and compliance initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments, emergency responders, and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence.

• At least one year of security experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or related environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.
