• →Assist with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• →Cover fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
• →Ensure mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
• →Proactively promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.

• →An understanding of the Spa & Fitness environment.
