At Four Seasons, wellness is about creating meaningful experiences that help guests relax, restore, and reconnect. Our Spa team delivers exceptional treatments and personalised care within one of London's most luxurious wellness destinations, overlooking Hyde Park in the heart of Mayfair.

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of traditional and innovative treatments designed to enhance wellbeing and create memorable guest experiences.

You will deliver massage therapies, specialist facials, and bespoke wellness treatments while ensuring every guest receives personalised care and exceptional service. Working within a luxury spa environment, you will help create an atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

→Deliver a range of massage therapies, facials, and body treatments to the highest standards
→Personalise treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences
→Create memorable and meaningful wellness experiences for every guest
→Recommend spa treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products confidently and professionally
→Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the spa
→Build strong product and treatment knowledge to enhance the guest experience
→Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes
→Work collaboratively with the wider Spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences

Recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, City & Guilds, or equivalent
Previous experience within a luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness environment
Excellent understanding of guest care and five star service standards
Passion for wellbeing, spa therapies, and holistic treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong organisational skills and a guest focused mindset
Good spoken and written English
Right to Work in the UK

Full time position based on either a 32 or 40 hour week depending on preference
Flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
