Stagiaire Conciergerie (H/F) - Hiver 26/27

About the role 

The Concierge Intern assists our experienced Concierges and contributes to creating unique experiences for our guests. The Concierge intern will act as a true ambassador of the hotel and the destination of Megève while learning Conciergerie fundamentals.   

What you will do 

• Respond to all guests' requests following and adhering to the Four Seasons Standards of service.  

• Handle a wide variety of guest requests with utmost professionalism to achieve maximum guest satisfaction  

• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity  

• Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.  

• Handle incoming and outgoing email, call, packages, and special guests' deliveries  

• Use internal systems and database to correctly record special requests and ensure high-quality follow-up  

• Provide occasional support to the Front Desk team when needed  

• Maintain detailed knowledge of local key occurrences (directions, monuments, activities, restaurants, shopping, slopes…)  

• Display a friendly, courteous and professional attitude in all dealings with guests and employees with an emphasis on fulfilling requests  

• Communicate the guests’ complaints to the management, keeping them well informed as to the issues and actions taken.  

• Communicate to all hotel departments any necessary information, guest preferences or requests  

• Work harmoniously and professionally with all colleagues.

What we are looking for 

• Student in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.  

• Excellent grooming and impeccable sense of service, with a passion for the guest experience.  

• Strong interpersonal skills: patience, tact, empathy, and diplomacy.  

• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and detail-oriented. Team spirit, integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of priorities.  

• Knowledge of or curiosity about the culture, history, gastronomy, and activities of Megève and its region.  

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French language.  

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.  

• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.  

• This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid French/European work authorisation.
