About the role 

The Commis de Salle Intern assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Intern clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specifications. 

What you will do 

• Transport dishes, trays and glassware from the kitchen/sommellery to the dining room and the various service stations. This is done during all periods of service, including the cleaning and clearing of the same stations.  

• Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.  

• Know the menu and Chef's suggestions  

• Clearing and storing linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks and food in the appropriate areas with care. ducts and their preparation.

What we are looking for 

• Excellent grooming and impeccable sense of service. 

• Strong interpersonal skills: patience, tact, empathy, and diplomacy.  

• Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and detail-oriented. Team spirit, integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of priorities.  

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French language.  

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.  

• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.  

• This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid French/European work authorisation.
