We’re seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis. You will play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation standards.

• →Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• →Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure all items are cleaned and stored correctly.
• →Support chefs with basic food preparation as required.
• →Receive, organise and safely store deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
• →Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling efficiently while maintaining a clean working environment.
• →Ensure all health, safety, food hygiene and COSHH standards are consistently followed.
• →Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations and service delivery.
• →Assist with deep cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of kitchen presentation.

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to remain organised and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to undertake lifting, standing and other manual duties associated with the role.
