• →Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and back-of-house operations.
• →Wash, clean, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• →Ensure proper use and care of dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment.
• →Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling; maintain cleanliness of waste areas.
• →Restock kitchen supplies such as cutlery, plates, and glassware.
• →Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and moving supplies.
• →Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• →Report any equipment malfunctions, shortages, or breakages to the supervisor.
• →Support banquet or event setups by ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Stewarding Manager or Executive Chef

• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task 
• High level of understanding and knowledge of Stewarding operations
• Knowledge of basic hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items; stand and walk for long periods.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
