WRANGLER 

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for a Wrangler who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, and overall wellness monitoring 

• Saddle and tack horses and ponies for rides, ensuring equipment is properly maintained 

• Assist with feeding, turnout, and bringing in horses and ponies before and after rides 

• Lead or assist with guided trail rides, including groups with children 

• Maintain a clean and organized stable yard throughout the day 

• Support the Stables Management Team with general barn duties and ride preparations

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts  

• Weekend and Holiday availability required.   

• Proven horsemanship experience, including riding, tack maintenance, and daily horse care 

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness 

• Passion for animals and comfort leading trail rides, including supervising children and youth groups 

• Prior carriage driving experience is preferred
