Example: 1 Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $200,000. Gross Commission $200,000 Recruiter Commission for first $150,000 = $150,000 X .70 = $105,000 Recruiter Commission for $50,000 balance is 94% = $47,000 Total Anniversary Commissions on $200,000 = $152,000 Example: 2 Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $400,000. Gross Commission $400,000 Recruiter Commission for first $150,000 = $150,000 X .70 = $105,000 Recruiter Commission for $250,000 balance is 94% = $235,000 Total Anniversary Commissions on $400,000 = $340,000 Commissions are paid the first Bi-Weekly payment period once the client funds are received. Flexible Working: This is a 100% remote position and you set your own hours. Tools: Access to state-of-the-art tools, ATS(applicant tracking system) ZOHO Recruit access, and more to streamline your business. Professional Support: Access to accounting, contract support, and dedicated client support and client meeting support. We provide Logo, Website, Email, G-Suite, Teams access, and inbound Phone number. Marketing & branding is managed by our in-house team which covers marketing, social media, content writing, graphics and more. Requirements: Equipment and supplies: You must own a laptop, outbound phone line and have access to reliable internet. As an Independent Agent-Full Cycle Recruiter, your company will be responsible for sourcing Clients & Candidates. Any costs or fees associated with the client transactions, included, but not limited to, business cards, custom apparel, lead lists or referrals, and specialty software are available upon request to purchase. Wire transfers, ACH, credit card processing, taxes, exchange rates, tariffs, collections, legal or other direct costs associated with commission sales are deducted from the Recruiters commissions. A monthly subscription fee of $123 to sell on behalf of FoxMore and is due prior to starting, and each month thereafter. The subscription will also provide “ZOHO Recruit” Applicant Tracking system ATS., inbound phone line access, and email/G-suite including Teams. If you hire additional staff (Office or Sales), you agree to pay an additional monthly Subscription for each person working/supporting on your contract. After your 6 month anniversary, you agree to incorporate your business and provide E&O insurance. Note: All CA and NY Residents must start off with a corporation. All contracts are Reviewed, Approved and Issued by FoxMore Management and kept on file. Independent Agent-Full Cycle Recruiter must always represent themselves as an Independent Agent. All Media, Marketing or Advertising, in any form, must be pre approved by FoxMore LLC. You may not open an advertised “FoxMore” office without a separate office contract.
