Country Manager - Philippines (Remote)

• → Take full ownership of the Philippines market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence
• → Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Philippines
• → Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships
• → Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience
• → Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management
• → Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success
• → Represent FP Markets in Philippines at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

• 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Philippines region)
• 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management
• Fluent in Filipino with good English proficiency
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
