Franklin Veterinary Clinic is looking to add an experienced Veterinary Assistant to our collaborative and fast-paced small animal practice in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Training and support will be provided, and our team is committed to helping new hires continue expanding their knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience over time.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assisting veterinarians and technicians with appointments and patient care
- →Patient restraint and nursing care support
- →Preparing and cleaning treatment and surgical areas
- →Assisting with laboratory work, radiographs, and patient treatments
- →Client communication and education
- →Maintaining accurate records and supporting hospital workflow
- →Helping maintain an efficient, positive, and team-oriented environment
- 4-day work week structure
- Set schedules
- Rotating every-other Saturday schedule
- Daily lunch/catch-up and rounds built into the schedule
- Collaborative team environment with strong communication throughout the day

Compensation for this role ranges from $21–$25/hour, based on credentialing, technical skill set, and relevant veterinary experience.
