Family Medicine Physician - Full-Time - Primary Care

• →Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (Internal Medicine) or patients across the lifespan (Family Medicine)
• →Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• →Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• →Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• →Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
• →Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Education & Licensure

• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine 
• Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider)
• Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
• Eligible for participation with all payers
