Medical Director - General Otolaryngology Physician (Adult & Pediatric) - Full-Time

$500,000 - $600,000 + with guaranteed base and bonuses

• →Provide comprehensive general ENT care to adult and pediatric patients
• →Diagnose and manage conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• →Perform office-based ENT procedures consistent with training and interest
• →Collaborate with referring physicians to deliver timely, patient-centered care
• →Participate in quality improvement and care standardization initiatives
• →Support coverage models that ensure efficient, reliable service deliver

• →Serve as physician leader for ENT services
• →Partner with hospital and medical group leadership on quality, growth, and access initiatives
• →Lead clinical governance, including peer review, standardization, and best practices
• →Support ENT recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
• →Help shape the future-state of ENT strategy, including technology adoption and workflow innovation

Education & Licensure

• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
• Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider)
• Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
• Eligible for participation with all payers
