We’re looking for an Associate Account Coordinator to work closely with the Senior Account Coordinator in managing day-to-day operations across client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure systems, documentation, and processes run smoothly.You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting shipment coordination, and helping resolve operational and client-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

→1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a coordination/admin role
→Basic understanding of import/export documentation is a plus
→ Experience working with logistics or ERP systems is a plus
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
→ Exposure to client-facing communication
→Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
→Good organizational and time management skills
→Clear and professional communication skills
→Client-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
→Ability to stay responsive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
