Global Commercial, a function within Care Enablement, unites Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations. This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. In accordance with the company's development goals and market access, local government affairs strategic plan, responsible for the central government affairs related work, and also maximize the use of government resources to develop business opportunities.

• →Policy insights and interpretation related to local government affairs and market access, including but not limited to: medical insurance, pricing, charging, and hygiene content at the national and local levels:
  • →Project initiation guidelines
  • →New and revised medical service charging items
  • →Medical service pricing
  • →Provincial-specific consumables charging catalogs
  • →Medical insurance reimbursement
  • →Medical insurance benefits
  • →C-codes
  • →Medical insurance consumables catalog
  • →Price regulation
  • →DRG/DIP
  • →Volume-based procurement and linkage with tender and online procurement.
• →Market Access Support at National and Local Levels
  • →Assist sales teams in resolving issues related to the implementation and compliance of national C-codes across regions.
  • →Support sales in addressing hospital access and procurement challenges for products (including equipment and consumables), such as equipment validity periods specified in tender documents.
  • →Aid sales in resolving healthcare policy-related issues encountered for products (equipment and consumables) in various regions.
• →Liaison and Collaboration with Local Healthcare Authorities on Market Access

Education & Industry experience:

• Bachelor Degree or above

Position Experience:

• At least 5 years market access or public affairs’ operation experience in multinational company or Gov’t/NGO

Skills and Competency:

• Good communication skills and strong presentation skills
• Good/Excellent written and/or verbal communication skills in Chinese/English
• Good relationship with government and associations.
• Good communication skills and Strong team spirit.
• A high level of proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• “Win-win” negotiating skills are essential
• Broad multi-functional experiences in healthcare industry
• Strong project management skill
• Willingness to frequent business travel
