We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations and drive operational excellence across credit management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and customer master data. This role will lead a team of O2C professionals, partner with key stakeholders across the organization, and champion process improvements and automation to improve cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

→Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash operations, including credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data.
→Manage, coach, and develop the O2C team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
→Partner with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and IT to resolve operational issues and improve overall process execution.
→Monitor key O2C metrics, including DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness, and cash application performance.
→Identify and lead process improvement, automation, systems migration, and transition initiatives.
→Drive initiatives to reduce O2C cycle times, improve cash flow, increase accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
→Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
→Manage escalations and effectively communicate O2C performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
12–15 years of experience in Order to Cash or a related Finance function, with at least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
Strong knowledge of O2C processes, particularly collections, credit management, invoicing, and cash application.
Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements, systems migrations, or operational transitions.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills.
Accounting, Finance, or O2C-related certification is an advantage.
