About the role We are looking for a Hands-on Databricks Solution Architect with strong Data Engineering expertise. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, defining Databricks architecture, and establishing CI/CD and governance best practices. This role requires active hands-on development along with architecture ownership. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end Databricks Lakehouse architecture Build scalable data engineering pipelines using Databricks Define Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) Implement CI/CD pipelines for Databricks deployments Develop PySpark and SQL-based transformations Implement Delta Lake based data models Design batch and streaming pipelines Implement Unity Catalog governance model Optimize Databricks performance and cost Configure clusters, jobs, workflows and repos Lead code reviews and architecture reviews Work closely with business and data teams Provide hands-on support during development Experience 8–10 years overall experience Minimum 5+ years hands-on with Databricks Minimum 2+ years as a Solution Architect Databrick Certification is Mandatory
