Responsibilities

→Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes,
→Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
→Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
→Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
→Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines,
→Track loan covenants to ensure compliance & complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Having minimum 3 to 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or peer-to-peer lending industry,
Excellent understanding in business financial statements, analytical skills, and mindset,
Detail oriented, have a strong verification and critical thinking skills,
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with team members and clients,
Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced working environment,
Ability to communicate with stakeholders and peers in effective written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa & English.
