Responsibilities

→10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Tech companies, with domain exposure to SME credit risk, is preferred.
→Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth company or fintech environment.
→Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik). Experience selecting and implementing analytics and data science tooling is preferred.
→Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and influence stakeholders.
→Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
→Strong, structured problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
→Strong prioritisation abilities according to business needs and constraints.
