→5+ years of experience in data science, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
→Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
→Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning.
→Expertise in credit modelling and risk management is an added advantage.
→Experience navigating formal model governance processes (documentation, committee review, sign-off) in a regulated environment.
→Comfort incorporating AI-assisted tools (e.g. code generation, automated documentation) into day-to-day model development.
