Responsibilities

→Assist in preparing funding requirements
→Support principal and interest payments to lenders and investors.
→Help process regional payables, both through the bank portal and the Treasury Management System (TMS).
→Assist in preparing and executing various transactions, including FX transactions, capital injections, and intercompany/ intracompany transfers.
→Maintain and update lenders’ loan reports and related documentation.
→Support bank account management activities, including account opening and closing, KYC, change of bank signers, access rights, wet ink signatories, and related documentation.
→Assist in preparing materials and data for ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee) meetings.
→Provide support for ad-hoc Treasury tasks as assigned.
→Download and provide monthly bank statement
→Update daily cash balances

Requirements

Minimum Associate Degree Diploma in Finance/ Accounting
Fresh garduate are welcome to apply but preferrably candidate with up to 1 year of working experience
Adequate proficiency in English both writing and speaking
Minimum having intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
Detailed with little margin of errors
Able to multi-task
Team Player with initiative, willingness to learn and building positive culture
