Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
3 - 6 years of experience planning and managing creative projects across multiple platforms, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of branding, design, experiential, video, and other creative mediums, with experience leading a wide variety of projects from initiation to delivery. Knowledge of industry standard advertising channels, including social, programmatic, print, and broadcast.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and Figma, to be able to review and navigate design working files. Understanding and experience with other design, video and animation content, and visual media tools, including AI-based image generation software.
High attention to detail and precision, ensuring that every creative asset is executed flawlessly and with purpose.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driving environment.
