As a Treasury Analyst you will safeguard and optimize the company's liquidity — the fuel that keeps FXI's manufacturing network, capital projects, and growth initiatives running. Partnering with the Director of Treasury, you will own daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting, manage the company's cash and short-term investments, monitor and mitigate interest rate and foreign currency exposure, and deliver the reporting that senior leadership relies on to make funding and capital allocation decisions. You will work across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and our banking partners to strengthen working capital performance and to build treasury processes and controls that scale with the business. Success in this role directly improves FXI's cash conversion, lowers the cost of capital, and ensures the company is positioned to invest with confidence.
