We operate on a 12-Hour Rotating Shift structure. This schedule is designed to give you predictable routines and extended 4-day blocks of time off!

What We Offer

✓Responsible for safe operation of equipment; preventing damage to equipment and preventing injuries

✓Participates fully as a member of the crew during downtime and start-up, product changes, operational problems, and clean up.

✓Assists in sheet breaks, threading machine and product changes.

✓Will assist in clearing machine jams to keep product moving

✓Responsible for basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of assigned equipment

✓Completes product testing in accordance with product specification and records data on applicable sheets or computer systems. Keeps the supervisor informed of variations in the production process at all times.

✓Maintains work area in neat and orderly condition per housekeeping procedures for the department

✓Operates forklift in a safe and efficient manner

✓Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must have ability to work in the U.S. without current/future need for GAF visa sponsorship.

Basic PC skills and ability to navigate programs used by the Company for training and/or communication purposes
Follow both verbal instructions and written procedures
Language Skills: Able to read, write, and communicate in English
Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
High level of accuracy. Attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
Adhere to company policies and safety requirements
Ability to walk, lift, carry, grasp, bend, climb stairs and ladders, reach, kneel
Ability to stand for long periods of time as necessary
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Available to work flexible hours as necessary
Ability to follow directions and complete work with minimal supervision

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $25.39
