Job Summary
The Revenue Management Analyst is a key analytical resource within the GAF Finance team, reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Management. In this role, you will provide critical financial guidance by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify revenue opportunities and address potential leakage.

Essential Duties

• Data & Reporting: Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess pricing strategy effectiveness.
• Strategic Analysis: Offering insights and recommendations to improve pricing activities and profitability, while assisting in the development of a comprehensive revenue management blueprint.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with sales, product management, and customer experience teams to drive profitable growth strategies and supporting the FP&A team with annual planning.
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in revenue management processes, recommending improvements, and implementing tools to enhance overall capabilities.
• Responsible for reporting and analysis including historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and/or revenue leakage
• Develop and maintain relevant reports and dashboards that aid in analysis
• Offer insights and recommendations derived from comprehensive analysis to enhance understanding of pricing activities and their impact on profitability
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of pricing and revenue strategies.
• Assist in development of overall pricing blueprint incorporating market analysis, customer comparisons, and channel strategy
• Conduct analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive across geographies, throughout the product portfolio, and across customers
• Support development of pricing playbooks and corresponding after action reports (AARs) for major pricing actions including national price increases and annual incentive planning
• Partner with sales, product management, and customer experience teams to further enterprise goals with a focus on profitable growth strategies
• Support FP&A team in development of annual plan, including pricing recommendations and identifying strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with IT to enhance the efficient and effective collection and organization of data across the business unit/function; identifies new sources of data needed for decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies in revenue management processes and recommend improvements
• Implement tools and technologies to enhance revenue management capabilities

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree business or related discipline required
• Minimum 3 years of related business work experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge of corporate financial analysis/accounting functions
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required

• Expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated forward thinking and creativity
• Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• SAP experience.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $72,000-$99,000
