National Interstate is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join their team. This individual will work full time out of the Richfield, Ohio office.

• →Coordinates routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. Ensures work is completed to standards.
• →Assigns and monitors responses to maintenance requests. Provides guidance on troubleshooting issues in office spaces, common areas, and building systems.
• →Leads repair work on office furniture, fixtures, and minor structural components.
• →Plans and leads grounds maintenance activities, including snow and ice removal operations.
• →Coordinates and manages external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations; verifies compliance with specifications and safety requirements.
• →Ensures team adherence to company and regulatory safety programs. Conducts safety audits and addresses compliance gaps.
• →Reviews and maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Prepares reports for management as needed.
• →Leads emergency response protocols and directs disaster recovery efforts in collaboration with leadership.
• →Oversees office moves, furniture setups, and workspace reconfigurations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• →May lead the team in providing janitorial support as needed.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.
