What We Offer
~2 min readWe are seeking a Senior Technical Underwriter to join our Excess Liability Division. This position serves as a subject matter expert for complex excess and umbrella underwriting risks, providing technical guidance, referral authority, quality oversight, and underwriting support to field underwriters across the organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced excess and umbrella underwriter who enjoys solving complex underwriting issues, influencing underwriting strategy, and partnering with underwriters and leadership to drive profitable growth. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site, in either the Cincinnati, OH or Marietta, GA office, four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*. Full-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness plans, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. Full-time and eligible part-time employees also enjoy Paid Time Off and paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, and commuter benefits.
