Responsibilities

→Analyzes business issues and defines requirements to design and/or implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
→Collaborates with team members and team leadership to help execute or lead technology projects in alignment with business units.
→Develops and implements automated system protocols that reduce manual processes, increasing overall operational efficiency and resiliency.
→Demonstrate strong industry knowledge in areas of Networking, Audio/Video Protocols, and familiarity with AI Automation tools.
→May create end-user documentation and deliver training to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
→May monitor project milestones, phases, and elements to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
→Familiarity with remote access software tools.
→Performs other duties as assigned.
