Galaxy’s Digital Infrastructure Services (DIS) is the institutional backbone of our blockchain ambitions – spanning staking, validators, custody, DeFi, and tokenization – serving tier-1 banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers. As Business Partner – Execution & Delivery, you will sit at the center of DIS as a high-agency execution and strategy partner to senior leadership. You will drive the organization’s highest-value work to completion: supporting internal transformation initiatives, owning delivery across complex cross-functional programs, building the client-facing materials that represent DIS externally, and showing up in institutional client rooms when it matters. This role requires someone equally at home in an org design conversation with DIS leadership and in a technical workshop with a tier-1 bank.

~2 min read- →Serve as a direct execution partner to DIS leadership on internal transformation initiatives – org design, operating model changes, team structure, and cross-functional alignment
- →Develop materials that support leadership decision-making: frameworks, options analyses, org charts, decision memos, and structured recommendations
- →Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
- →Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
- →Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
- →Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
- →Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
- →Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
- →Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
- →Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
- →Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
- →Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
- →Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
- →Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
- 8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
- Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
- Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
- Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
- Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
- Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
- Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
