Brand Manager (Wholesale / R&D / Retail) - Caribbean

GateSource HR is partnering with a client in the wholesale industry to recruit a versatile and strategic Brand Manager. This role is responsible for leading both the management of existing brands and the development of new ones. The ideal candidate will drive brand strategy, oversee marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels. They will also collaborate with suppliers, manage budgets, and build a high-performing branding team. Key Responsibilities (Summarized) Managing Existing Brands Develop and maintain brand strategy, positioning, and identity. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Conduct market and consumer analysis to guide brand decisions. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and communications. Monitor brand performance and manage marketing budgets. Developing New Brands Identify potential product/market opportunities. Create new brand identities, including naming and visual systems. Work with R&D/design teams to develop new products aligned with brand strategy. Lead launch planning and brand expansion initiatives. Oversee creative development and test concepts with target audiences. Cross-Functional & Leadership Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate support. Build and lead a branding team, ensuring alignment and cohesion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product development. Experience in the wholesale, retail, or consumer goods sector preferred. Proven track record in launching or managing multiple brands simultaneously.
