Director Project Finance (Financial Modeling / Training) - Mexico

GateSource HR is recruiting on behalf of an international firm specializing in project finance training, financial modeling and advisory services for banks, developers, investors and advisors. We are seeking a bilingual project finance professional with strong modeling experience in renewable energy or infrastructure and a genuine interest in helping others develop their expertise. Joining a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, you will deliver professional training, develop practical learning materials and contribute to the business’s growth across Latin America. Your responsibilities Deliver project finance and financial modeling courses in English and Spanish. Translate complex financial concepts into clear, practical explanations for professional audiences. Develop and update course materials, financial models, case studies and exercises. Help create new online and instructor-led courses. Coach participants and support their progress throughout the learning experience. Contribute to advisory and financial modeling engagements where appropriate. Build lasting client relationships and support business development across Latin America. Requirements 5–10 years of relevant experience in project finance, infrastructure, renewable energy, lending, advisory, investing or project development. Experience working in banking or advisory. Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to explain model structure, assumptions and outputs clearly. Fluent Spanish and professional English, with the ability to deliver training in both languages. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring and helping others succeed. Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail. A proactive, creative approach suited to an entrepreneurial environment. Previous experience delivering professional training or developing technical learning content is an advantage.
