Previous experience as a Team Leader, Lead, or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

→ Lead, motivate, and support a team of production associates during the shift.
→ Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
→ Monitor workflow and assign tasks to maximize productivity.
→ Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
→ Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
→ Perform regular quality inspections and address production issues promptly.
→ Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production concerns.
→ Maintain accurate production and attendance records.
→ Assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
→ Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
