Qualifications

• →Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• →Ability to handle small components and perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• →Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• →Basic math, counting, and measurement skills.
• →Willingness to ask questions when instructions are unclear.
• →Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• →Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Experience

Experience in electronics repair, soldering, circuit board assembly, wire harnesses, medical device assembly, jewelry repair, laboratory work, or hobby electronics is beneficial but not required.

Candidates with the right hands-on skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply, even without previous factory experience.

Pre-Employment Skills Assessment

Candidates must successfully complete a 30-minute hands-on skills assessment as part of the hiring process. The assessment evaluates attention to detail, manual dexterity, the ability to follow written instructions, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to identify errors.

Previous manufacturing experience is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate the precision and attention to detail necessary to perform the job successfully.
