The Agile Product Owner’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision, goals, and requirements. The Agile Product Owner should have at least five years of software or data engineering development and deployment using Agile methods. Major responsibilities and duties include:

→Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
→Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog, making decisions about which features to develop, and in what order, based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
→Requirements Definition: Define and refine product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and testable.
→Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and team members, to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns, and ensure that the product meets their requirements.
→Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date, refined, and ready for development, and that the development team has a clear understanding of the work to be done.
→Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, ensuring that the team understands the work to be done, and that the sprint goals and objectives are clear.Feedback and
→Validation: Work with the development team to validate assumptions, gather feedback, and ensure that the product meets the defined requirements and acceptance criteria.Release Planning: Plan and coordinate releases, ensuring that the product is delivered to stakeholders and customers in a timely and effective manner.
→Data Model: Elicit from stakeholders and make recommendations to update and maintain a visual and metadata Enterprise data model.

Data models help ensure data consistency, reduce data redundancy, and improve data integrity, making it easier to design, implement, and manage databases and improve Combatant Commander (CCMD) and Joint Director (JDIR) processes with data
