We’re looking for a GDIT CORPORATE RECRUITER for functional teams that will build strategic partnerships between recruiting, GDIT Centers of Excellence and our business leaders. You will have the opportunity to provide a high-touch, candidate-centric experience throughout the entire hiring process. A key part of this role is nurturing long-term relationships with candidates who may not be hired immediately, creating a positive and lasting impression of the GDIT brand.

As a GDIT CORPORATE RECRUITER, you must develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in collaboration with your hiring managers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring strategies are aligned to the business objectives and GDIT's imperatives with a customer-centric focus on the candidate experience.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
