The Software Engineer-Mid will support the Intelligence Data Science Team supporting Digital-ISR initiatives located at the Special Reconnaissance Enablement Command (SREC) under United States Special Operations Command located at MacDill AFB, Florida. This position is a contingent position pending Government decision to execute based on the current contract.

Nice to Have

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript React and Python.
Proficient in Flask or FastAPI and familiar with relational/non-relational databases including Postgres and Elasticsearch.
Proficient with Git, SQLAlchemy, and basic CI/CD pipeline support.

Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance is required.
Experience: 5+ years of related software development experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Certifications: None required; familiarity with AWS, Docker, and DevSecOps tools is preferred.
Role requirements: 5 days on-site

The likely salary range for this position is $106,462 - $144,038. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
