Architectural - Civil - Structural Project Manager/Engineer for Large Commercial Buildings - Work from Home (Manila, Metro Manila)

1. Go over all daily field reports from crews in the field from day before (www.rakenapp.com)
   1. Correct any errors
   2. Ensure the Supervisor has it completed and properly
2. Track progress on the project with field - View progress thru TEAMS Video; Field Marked up drawings
3. Work on ASI's, PCO, RFI's and create draft change orders and evaluate all correspondence to determine if there are any change orders or modifications for work in the building.   
   1. Perform quantity take off for change orders for Project Executive.   
4. Crudely you will be assigned 8 active projects. 
5. Assist in monthly invoice preparation, submission, and follow up with client
6. Track all Materials by area against budget
7. Assist US based Project Executive 
8. If there are progress meetings online - attend. 
9. Create monthly P&L Statements for each project - cost versus budget
10. Follow up with all open change orders with the clients to update the status
11. Coordinate with schedule analysis team
12. Review Job cost reports to make comprehensive monthly report
13. Fill out paperwork for the workers to enter facilities
14. Prepare submittals
15. Notify Superintendents what the budget for the area they are working in is and what the budget remaining is.
16. Track all labor budgets to superintendent bonuses.
17. There will be more responsibilities 

Must be able to perform Architectural/Civil (Cut and Fill)/ Structural Quantity Takeoff of demolition and environmental remediation of complex large scale building that are being expanded, reconfigured, repurposed and will be renovated or demolished. 

Computer Requirements: 
Must have computer and 20mb internet with two screens. Work is hosted thru Amazon Workspaces with full screen recording etc.

Other requirements:

• Workstation space requirement: The minimal worktable will need to be 4 foot by 6 foot and chair.

• Comprehension and past experience with Project Management and tracking of field; and takeoff of Commercial Mechanical Systems a must.
