The Role:

• Manage the GreatPlanner project and its sub-projects to ensure all business requirements from agency and upstream departments are met
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders at all project stages to ensure project milestones and expectations by all stakeholders are met
• Manager overall project in ensuring the quality, cost, risk and compliance and project scheduling requirements are met
• Develop project plan based on business case or agreed scope for approval
• Produce and/or maintain documentation needed for project approvals, project planning, tender, functional documents, formal project progress and other project related reports
• Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• Other responsibilities as entailed

The Person:

• Possess tertiary qualifications in IT, Project Management or any other related fields
• Has around 6-9 years of working experience in managing digital transformation projects, with demonstrated experience in project management
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT systems, data structure, mobile app environments will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong management and planning skills
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated leadership skills
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
