Training Advisor

Training advisor contributes to the company business by educating agency force in mastering life insurance selling competency and groom them to be professional and productive.

• Conduct 100 training days in a calendar year.
• Design, develop and deliver product training & new agent year 1 mandatory programme content to cater for the needs of all agents.
• Design and develop eLearning modules for current selling product, providing flexible self-paced learning tailored for the agency force.
• CFE Programmes’ Training Impact – Equip the participant with the knowledge and skills in order to accelerate their sales performance. Aiming to increase their number of cases (NOC) in 2 calendar months from the class commencement date.
• Ensure Product Launching slides are designed and developed in supreme quality.

1. Compliance on product related matters, timely update product related information (slides, PWU, FAQ, sample policy contract) in agency ePartner.
2. No compliance events detected/ raised by regulators/ Internal Audit, which have Moderate or High impact to the department.
3. Error free in facilitating the roll down of TCF for both new products launched and product refresher within stipulated timeline.
4. Educate agent on sales compliance and proper sales practice.

• Ensure Product Launching related documents are approved timely by management.

• A recognised degree of any discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in life insurance and/or retail financial services business in the areas of Training, Sales or Marketing.
• Knowledge and qualification in financial planning is an added advantage, i.e. completed Registered Financial Planner (RFP) module, PCE & CEILI.
• Good training and presentation skills.
• Good coaching and mentoring skills.
