Responsibilities

1. Work within our service area to grow our existing customer base

2. Maintain positive customer relations 

3. Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems

4. Work as a team with the inside and outside staff

5. Sell the value of our lawn care services and provide effective solutions

Outside Sales Representative Benefits

We offer an above industry average base salary with uncapped commission.

· $36k base salary plus commission - Avg. cumulative earnings of $55k-$80k

Outside Sales Representatives - Qualifications and Skills

1. Valid Driver’s license and reliable means of transportation

2. Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check

3. Optimistic, positive attitude with willingness to be coached

Salary: $39,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
