Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

• Licensing and continuing education at no cost, including hundreds of eLearning courses to enhance your skills.     

• GEICO’s industry-leading paid trainee program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility. In addition, 2 weeks in a field training center (NY, TX, CA), with mentors to help you learn and grow.   

• GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned and responsible for the Houston, TX area.    

• Customer-facing experience preferred.   

• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.   

• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).  

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.     

• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.   

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.    

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.     

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.     

Annual Salary

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
