• Prior private passenger automobile liability claims experience required
• Active Adjuster license required at time of hire
• Litigation handling experience preferred but not required

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience and market factors)

• →Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
• →Verify coverage and applicable policy provisions
• →Investigate claims and determine liability exposure
• →Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate when appropriate
• →Evaluate damages and determine claim value
• →Negotiate settlements with claimants, insureds, and attorneys
• →Authorize payments within designated authority levels
• →Request additional authority when needed
• →Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
• →Establish and adjust claim reserves appropriately
• →Communicate significant claim developments to leadership
• →Participate in claims forums and team discussions
• →Perform additional duties as assigned
