Manager - Software Engineering (Storage Platform) *HYBRID*

• →Lead and manage a team of 8–10 engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• →Define and deliver the roadmap for the Object Storage platform
• →Guide the design and development of scalable, reliable and secure storage systems
• →Ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence of the platform
• →Drive best practices in automation, monitoring, and incident management
• →Partner with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business needs

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in platform or infrastructure teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• Strong experience in distributed systems and platform development
• Hands-on experience building and operating storage platforms
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, APIs)

• Strong experience with Ceph (RGW, RADOS) is required
• Experience with object storage and S3-compatible architectures
• Solid understanding of data durability, replication, and consistency models
