• →Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• →3-5 years of experience in direct material procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• →Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• →Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• →Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets and communicate actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting fabrication or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.
• Experience with outside processing or outsourced manufacturing services.
• APICS, ASCM, CPSM, CPM, or similar supply chain certification preferred.

Success Measures:

• Material availability and production support.
• Inventory optimization and inventory turn improvements.
• Supplier OTD and OTIF performance.
• Reduction of shortages, premium freight, and supply disruptions.
• Cost savings and supplier performance improvements.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.  The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.  The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
