• →High school Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• 2-3 years of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent

Machine Operator – Operations I            

• Ability to pass the basic assessment test
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Work in a team environment in a professional manner
• Effectively communicate
• Utilize applicable hand tools with precision. 

Machine Operator – Operations II

• Ability to pass the basic assessment test
• Knowledge and understanding of intermediate machinery
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret basic blueprints

• Ability to read blueprints/Diagrams, tape measure by millimeters and inches, dial caliper, and any other measuring instruments as needed and complete Measurement Quality Check sheet.
• Ability to understand and execute basic standard machining procedures, interpret basic visual diagrams, and use basic hand tools.
