We are seeking a builder, problem solver, and transformation partner who can move from strategic thinking to practical implementation. You may be a great fit if you:

• Have experience leading organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, operating model, or transformation initiatives.

• Have worked in a global, matrixed, rapidly growing, or highly complex organization.

• Can translate business strategy into practical organization design solutions.

• Are comfortable influencing senior leaders and facilitating complex organizational discussions.

• Bring strong analytical, consulting, project management, and change leadership capabilities.

• Are energized by the future of work and the impact of AI and automation on work, roles, teams, and capabilities.
