• →Comply with the company/site safety rules.
• →Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
• →Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
• →Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
• →Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
• →Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
• →Assist with robotic welder.
• →Intermediate MIG (GMAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues efficiently.
• →Proficient in operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.

• High school diploma or Certification.
• Internal written and physical weld test.
• An understanding of welding fundamentals.
• Basic welding experience and/or training.
• Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment.
• Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.
• 1 year of experience in a production welding environment and successful completion of internal weld test.
• Working towards apprenticeship or certification
• Manufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes or related experience.
• Crane Certification.
