Clinical Recruiter, Physicians

General Medicine is building the clinical team behind the future of virtual primary care: high-quality medicine, made as easy to access as any great consumer product. Founded by the team behind PillPack (acquired by Amazon Health), we're a national, tech-enabled medical group moving fast and building with intention. We need clinicians who want to practice meaningful medicine inside a system designed to support them, and a recruiter who can find them.

We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter to drive physician hiring during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle, sourcing-heavy role. You'll own requisitions from intake through offer, and you'll spend a lot of your time on the phone: cold outreach, phone screens, candidate check-ins, hiring manager syncs. If you love the hunt (building pipeline from scratch, not just managing what comes through the door), this is built for you.

You'll juggle multiple open physician reqs at once, move fast, and keep every candidate feeling like a priority. Prior physician recruiting experience is required.

• 2–5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting, with physician recruiting required (NP or other licensed-provider experience is a plus)

• Telehealth/virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred

• Comfort and enthusiasm for high call volumes

• Thrives in low-structure, fast-changing environments

• Ashby experience is a plus
