3D Content Software Engineering Manager - Simulation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads, guides and directs a group of 3D artists and pipeline engineers responsible for engineering deliverables in support of the Autonomous Vehicle Simulation organization's business objectives.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion focused on 3D Content.
• Manages engineering execution of team as related to the Simulation framework deliverables.
• Provides technical leadership to work team. Interacts and collaborates with many teams cross-functionally.
• Leads team on new methods or initiatives without defined procedures.
• Reviews and approves engineering documentation, e.g. requirements, documents.
• Hiring: Identifies & leads staffing initiatives for work team.

• →The expected base compensation for this role is: $189,300 - $290,700. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
