GSC Business Manager

As part of the application process, Artificial Intelligence will be used in the hiring process for this role

• →Coordinate GSC business planning routines, including KPI reviews, BPD updates, action tracking, and plant and business plan meetings.
• →Analyze financial information, complete monthly true-ups, and support forecasting and cost-management activities.
• →Partner with GSC leaders and cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve processes, and support execution of business priorities.
• →Support safety, training, dangerous goods, export compliance, and workplace transportation requirements through accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
• →Prepare and communicate clear updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• →Contribute to GMS, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and One Team initiatives.
• →Support digital enablement within GSC by helping develop and implement dashboards, workflow improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and productivity.
• →Help establish standard work, governance, and user adoption for new digital and AI capabilities.

• Successful conpletion of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, business planning, finance, analytics, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and digital reporting or visualization tools.
• Exposure to Power BI, automation, SQL, Python, or AI applications is an asset.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
